 1. Deposit Requirement: A Cash App deposit of $30 is required when scheduling an appointment. Take a screenshot and forward it to 240 810 9077. Failure to do so leads to cancellation.

 2. Allergies and Preferences: Before the start of your service, kindly inform our braiders of any allergies to hair products or specific preferences you may have.

 3. Payment Methods: We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, or Zelle for both the deposit and final payment.

 4. Satisfaction Guarantee: Please ensure your satisfaction before leaving the shop. Any hair complaints can be addressed and fixed within two days after your appointment.

 5. Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds.

 6. Additional Charges: Extra charges may apply for human hair, hair accessories, style changes, and length adjustments.

 7. Hair Provided**: We provide hair for various styles including bohemian braids, cornrows, island twists, Senegalese twists, knotless twists, regular braids, and knotless braids. However, we do not provide hair for locs, passion twists, kinky twists, Senegalese twists, or crochet styles. We can recommend suitable hair options for these styles.

 8. **Cancellation Policy**: There is no charge for cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment. You may also reschedule your appointment up to two times with the paid deposit.

 9. **Hair Color Options**: We offer various colors for human hair pieces, including colors 1b, 1, 2, 27, 30, 613, 350, and 4. Please provide at least two color preferences if you have any.

 10. **Color Services**: There is no additional charge for color on knotless or regular braids, except for color blending. However, color bohemian braids (27, 30, 613, 350), triangle braids, and color blending incur an extra $15 fee.
